PAPERMAKING
MAKE SOME PAPER DAY
Instructor: Carol Kazwick
There
have been many requests for a day to “come to the studio and just
make paper.” Spend the morning making both white, colored and embellished
paper. Work on paper for a special project or just enlarge your paper
stash. You can never have too much handmade paper! Supplies: A cookie
sheet to carry your paper home on, any molds and deckles of your own
you would like to use and any interfacing from previous classes. We will
have a variety of sizes of moulds and deckles for you to use.
Saturday: May 31; 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM • Kavanagh Bldg. Surface Design Studio
Member $40; Non-Member
$55 • Materials Fee $15

PASTE PAPERS

go home with a collection of papers to use for collage, bookbinding,
scrapping, calligraphy or other projects. See samples in the Dempsey
Gallery.
Supplies: 1 pad of drawing paper: 14” x 17” 80#,
small cheap plastic comb, roll of masking tape, sponge, any texturing
tools that you may have.
